Meet Jakob

Jakob Patterson is the owner and founder of JP Property Works, LLC and a lifelong Dahlonega native. Growing up, Jakob spent much of his time learning from his Papa, who taught him many of the skills, values, and work ethic that he continues to carry with him today. From an early age, Jakob developed a passion for working with his hands, operating equipment, and taking pride in a job well done.

Before pursuing JP Property Works full-time, Jakob spent several years working in the gas industry, where he gained valuable hands-on experience and eventually worked as a foreman. That experience strengthened his knowledge of equipment, job-site operations, leadership, problem-solving, and the importance of completing work safely and correctly.

JP Property Works was not an overnight decision. Jakob has spent the past three years working toward building the business, investing in equipment, gaining experience, and developing a vision for the company. He is now proud to pursue JP Property Works full-time and serve the same North Georgia community he has always called home.

For Jakob, this business is about more than earning a living. It is an opportunity to build something of his own, carry forward the lessons he learned growing up, and create a company known for hard work, honesty, and dependable service. He looks forward to continuing to grow JP Property Works while building lasting relationships with homeowners, businesses, and contractors throughout the community.
